General
The IV2 belongs to the iVision Extrusion line, a series created specifically for aluminum and PVC machining operations where continuous, high-volume chip extraction is essential. Equipped with a high-flow centrifugal fan capable of up to 1400 m³/h (824 CFM), the IV2 efficiently removes chips at the source, reducing machine downtime and improving cut quality.
A sturdy steel chassis, industrial-grade M-class polyester filter, and pneumatic filter shaker work together to ensure long-term reliability, even in demanding production cycles. The detachable 100-liter container offers quick emptying, assisted by swivel wheels, while the external silenced exhaust helps maintain a quieter working environment.
Designed with operator convenience in mind, the IV2 includes a motor overload protection, an 8-meter power cable, and optional automation packages such as remote start/stop, antistatic components, and automatic filter cleaning.
