Copy Router | YILMAZ FR 226
Vertical spindle copy router with 1:1 transfer ratio from template to the workpiece. Machine is operated manually by means of two handles: one for plunging in, the other for routing on two axes. It has a 3 phase motor and transmission to increase spindle speed to 14000 RPM. An automatic triple drill spindle is positioned on the back side of the working area and is activated by the operator through a pushbutton. The triple spindle allow to drill simultaneously the 3 holes required for the “tilt and turn” handle. A spray mist tool cooling system allows machining up to 3mm thin walled (0.12″) aluminum profiles. Machine is typically used to make hardware cut-outs, water slots and holes on aluminum or PVC window and door profiles.
