PRESSTA EISELE SW 600

Pressta-Eisele SW 600 is a fully automatic high performance cutting centre designed for cutting aluminum or other non-ferrous extruded material at any angle within 22.5° and 157.5°. It is composed of an infeed magazine with servo pusher powered by a magnetic motor, miter cutting station, an outfeed magazine with various material discharge/sorting system options. The machine uses 600mm saw blade and back-cut blade feed. 

Built tough to handle multi-shift production needs. The standard saw motor is 5.5KW and can be upgraded to 9.2KW, allowing quick and precise cutting even thick-walled industrial profiles. Saw feed stroke, RPM and the blade feed speed are adjustable from the operator’s control interface. 

Machine can process one profile at a time or multiple profiles in a bundle depending on the profile properties. Profile guides and clamping fixtures can be designed as per given drawings upon request. 

The trim-cut and off-cut are automatically be ejected into a separate collection box with the help of a waste conveyor discharge system. 

Various optional features like milling and drilling stations, measuring and marking stations and automated part handling make this machine perfectly adaptable for demanding applications.

GENERAL

The Pressta-Eisele SW 600 is a fully automatic high performance cutting centre designed to cut aluminum or other non-ferrous extruded material at any angle within 22.5° and 157.5°. The whole system is composed by an in-feed magazine with servo pusher powered by a magnetic linear motor, mitre cutting station, an out-feed magazine with various material discharge/sorting system options. The machine features a 600mm (23.6″) saw blade and back-cut blade feed.

The system is the ideal solution for applications such as aluminum windows, railings as well as other industrial profile cutting.

The Pressta-Eisele “SW 600” is equipped with perimeter safety screens, light barrier and close cabin for the cutting unit as part of the standard safety features to provide full protection to the operator.

  • Pneumatic cross pusher which moves cuts from 20 - 1500mm onto the hard-wood table in front of the belt conveyor, Short pieces can be lined up and pushed together on the table 
  • Light barrier stops cycle when table is filled up
  • Blower with 3 nozzles to remove chips from hollow profiles. This function can be switched off, depending on profile shape and length.
