Multi Spindle Copy Router | YILMAZ CRM 250 S
CRM 250 S is a copy router with 1 vertical and 2 horizontal spindles. It is designed to work on 3 sides of the aluminum, PVC and steel (up to 2mm wall thickness) profiles without unclamping the workpiece. The two horizontal spindles and the vertical spindle (one spindle is controlled at a time) follow different templates. The tracer pins are staged for different diameter (5, 8 and 10mm) router bit use and can be manually adjusted. Two vertical and two horizontal tracer pins can be activated or deactivated pneumatically by selector switches.
