GIARDINA 2VE-300 Spray Machine for Profiles

2VE is an automatic spraying machine for PVC profiles. Suitable to spray profiles with solvent or water based paints. This single tank model can be equipped with 6 guns (8 guns optional). The guns are adjustable at the desired position and the spraying of each gun is controlled by an electronic system. Removable over-spray collection tanks are made of teflon-coated stainless steel to provide ease of cleaning. The machine can be equipped with a pressurizing unit with ceiling filters, in order to grant the best quality during the spraying.

The transport system consists of an infeed and outfeed motorized conveyors. System is modular that allows to be configured with another spray machine, cross loaders and curing oven in a “U” shape layout.

Collecting tanks available also in Polyproylene instead of stainless steel.
