Yilmaz DC 421

General

The Yilmaz DC 421 is a double head sawing machine designed for straight and miter cutting of aluminum and PVC profiles. The machine is built on a solid steel base and features a stationary left cutting head and a mobile right head. Both the PSD and PBS models feature servo-driven positioning of the mobile head for fast and accurate length setting.

The cutting heads are equipped with 420 mm saw blades that tilt pneumatically to fixed inward angles of 90° and 45°, with manual adjustment for intermediate angles. This setup is ideal for common fabrication needs in applications like windows, doors, and screens. The machine includes an automatic bar-feeding feature at 90° and 45°, and the hydro-pneumatic blade feed ensures a smooth, controlled cutting stroke for a high-quality finish.

The primary difference of the two versions lies in the control and connectivity:

• • The DC 421 PSD is controlled via a 9" touch screen panel and accepts cutting lists in .csv format via a USB port.
  • The DC 421 PBS is upgraded with a Windows-based industrial PC and a 15" touch screen, allowing it to be fully networked for seamless data transfer.
